Guidelines
Go to this address: https://gaelcholaiste.schoolappointments.com/
• On the righthand side of the page there will be a box that says “login”
• At the bottom of this box click on the link that says “Click here to register”
• To register you will need to add your first name and surname, your phone number and your email address.
• Make up a password and input it twice.
• Choose English as the default language A new page will open up:
• Click on the link that says “add student” • Input your child’s name
• Then click on the link that says “manage students”
• Here you will see 3 symbols, a yellow pencil (Edit), a red X (delete) and a symbol of a calendar.
• Click on the calendar and you will be brought to a list of the teachers in the school.
• Click on the teachers who teach your child
• You will then see the teachers’ calendars
• You will now be able to book available time slots of teachers
• These can be printed out or saved
• An email reminder will be sent to you before the meeting and in this email you will see the schedule you have booked as well as the teachers’ Webex virtual room addresses.
